Universal Inclusion, founded 2013
Increasing equality of access to life’s opportunities
I help anybody who is facing barriers to life’s opportunities. You may know me for my work on disability, but I do so much more than that.
Training, events, consultancy and research for organisations, entrepreneurs and government, in the UK and internationally.
Who I work with
Organisations and employers
Inclusive workplaces, training for managers and HR teams, and practical in-work support so you keep your people.
Entrepreneurs and individuals
Executive coaching and mentoring, and a network that celebrates excellence, difference and business growth.
Government, policy and research
Evidence, white papers and advice, presented to Parliament, the UN and international organisations.
What I do
Four ways to work with me. Our first chat is always free.
Training and coaching
Training, coaching and the tools to build inclusive environments: welcoming to everyone, flexible, and offering choices when one solution cannot meet everyone’s needs. Executive coaching on business growth, inclusion, diversity, health and wellbeing.
Events
Spectacular, international, ground breaking events that bring together business and industry leaders, supporters, friends and guests to celebrate diversity and inclusion. Cultural and leadership events with a difference, made accessible from the start.
Consultancy and workforce retention
Bespoke guidance for organisations and entrepreneurs, frameworks for inclusion in the workplace, and practical in-work support that keeps good people, whether office based or working from home.
Speaking and thought leadership
Keynotes, panels, white papers and research collaborations, plus non executive and advisory roles. Shared with international and national organisations, local government and universities.
